  IHOP is a great place to eat. Sadly, ordering ahead doesn't seem like a great option at this location. Or even coming in around 9:30pm. The lack of service is kind of sad. I understand that it's late at night but I can hear a lot of hustle and bustle in the kitchen. It took 20-25 minutes for someone to notice me even after the first person (after 10 minutes) to see me knew I had an order and didn't come back to ask me my name or tell me how my order was coming when it was already past it's "due time". The food was good, however, the eggs (scrambled) had too much... Butter? I can't place the taste, but it has an odd aftertaste. No complaints about the pancakes or bacon or even the hash browns. Main complaint: service

  I really enjoy this IHOP. The staff is on top of everything. I saw a busser greet a guest at the door because they saw a guest waiting while the host was seating other guests... The server is great. I forgot her name (sorry) but she doesn't miss a beat either. My husband was called into work so we asked to have our breakfast wrapped up. No problem. Fast, efficient, CLEAN, food is good. I will keep going. 🍳🥓🥞☕👍

  This morning I took my sister to eat breakfast at this location and for the first time in my life I walked out of a restaurant before my food arrived. When we were seated the hostess offered to wipe our table better because although it wasn’t too bad, the person who cleaned it did a half fast job. The hostess never returned, so we told our waitress when she took our order and our waitress also failed to return with the wet towel to wipe our table. The place was busy, I didn’t think it was a big deal, but my sister decided to ask a waiter that walked by our table and while my sister is talking, the waiter just walked away. I was shocked!! So shocked that I sat there long enough for my sister to get up and complain to a forth person about the waiter. By the time my sister returned to the table I was over my moment of shock and told my sister that we were leaving to go get breakfast somewhere else. To the manager of this establishment I say that it was none of the staff, but the waiter that caused me to go over the edge and to leave the restaurant before my food arrived. To that waiter I say that you have no business working in the service industry. That you lack the education necessary to service other people. If you don’t know how to serve in a civilized manner then you should find another line of work.

  ****Do not plan on fast service if your on a time restriction**** Came in this morning at 745am stood at the door for ten minutes before they realize were there. The hostess sat our party of three down, and we informed him we're ready to order he says server will be with you. 15 mins later were still waiting on a server to help us before we walk out the door. Get on the floor staff don't hide in the kitchen!!

  The waitress and front-end staff were good. The restaurant was clean. There were few other guests, but our simple three dish order took took 40-45 minutes. $11-12 dollar burger and fries came out hot/warm from the kitchen, but the dollar value was far from satisfying. The food was mediocre. Their prices have gone up since my last visit and in the future we will go somewhere with a better dollar value.
